Civil Money Claims has today been introduced by the government as a new online system for commencing money claims up to a value of £10,000. Regrettably, it has made the introduction incredibly low key and there is absolutely no guidance as to what the process involves or even where to start it.
At the time of publishing this article, there is no website to visit. The Money Claims Online system is still live and there are no notices of the need to use an alternative system if the value of the claim is less than £10,000.
It is shocking how the government can just drop something like this without warning or proper guidance.
