The Civil Procedure Rules are reviewed and updated periodically. Many of the updates are minor and frequently do not affect small claims disputes.
However, we are pleased to confirm that we have updated the guide at the start of 2022. Most of the changes are minor but we have gone into a little detail in terms of the small claims appeal process, which we have had a number of enquiries about and thought it best to set out in a little more detail.
